Later he adopted Hinduism.

Later he joined Iskcon in Germany and followed Hinduism.

The first person who translated the Bhagvat Gita to English was Charles Wiliknos.

Later he adopted Hinduism. He even said only Hinduism will survive in the world.

The first person who translated the Bhagvat Gita to Hebrew was an Israeli named Bezashition le Fanah.

Later he adopted Hinduism in India.

The first person who wrote the Bhagvat Gita in Russian language was Novikov.

Later he became devotee of Bhagwan Krishna.

Till now 283 intellectuals translated the Bhagvat Gita,

out of which

58 were to Bengali,

44 to English,

12 to German,

  4 to Russian,

  4 to French,

13 to Spanish,

  5 to Arabic,

  3 to Urdu and so on to many other world languages.

The person who translated Al Quran to Bengali was Girish Chandra Sen

He didn't convert to Islam as he had read the Bhagvat Gita

before.

 I have seen a rare antique gold rimmed book .. a Sanskrit text in devnagari written in silver ink .. but when you read it is Persian .. and the meaning is Gita .. with beautiful images in gold and vegetable colours ..

Which means .. you see a Sanskrit devnagari text .. but you read in Persian .. the meaning is Bhagavad Gita ..

During their exile, the Pandavas, Kunti and Draupadi often assumed the disguise of Brahmins.

Whenever someone had to commit any sin or do loka Kalyan deeds like Krishna and Hanuman such person assumed the disguise of a Brahmin.

Why?

Because Brahmin is the name of trust.

Brahmin is the name of faith. Brahmin is the name of truth.

Brahmin is the name of religion. 

Brahmin is the name of one who wants the welfare of all. 

Brahmin is the name of one who sees everyone happy. 

Brahmin is the name of one who takes everyone along and leads them on the right path. 

Brahmin is the name of patriotism, farsightedness, study, dedication, knowledge, renunciation, penance, sacrifice, modesty, patience, impartiality, 

satisfaction and restraint.

That is why it was very easy to take advantage of 

the name of Brahmin, 

the reputation of Brahmin. 

It was easy to fool people

with his disguise

with his name.

It was easy to cheat people with his name.

The same is happening even today....

భోజనం ముందు ఆచమనం - శాస్త్రీయ అవగాహన

"ఇసోఫెగస్" (Esophagus )

 -అనేది మన గొంతుని పొట్టకు కలిపేటువంటి ఒక ట్యూబు. ఇది కండరాలతో నిర్మితమై వుండి, ఎప్పుడూ మూసుకునే ఉంటుంది. ఆహారం లోనికి తీసుకునేటప్పుడు మాత్రం తెరుచుకుని మళ్ళీ వెంటనే మూసుకుపోవాలి. అలా మూసుకుని జీర్ణాశయంలో ఉన్న ఏసిడ్, ఆహారాలను బయటకు రాకుండా ఆపి రక్షిస్తూ ఉంటుంది. ఏసిడ్ బయటకి లీక్ అయ్యి వస్తే దాన్నే మనం ఎసిడిటీ అంటాము.

భోజనం చేసే ముందు ఈ ఎసోఫెగస్  సాఫీగా తెరుచుకోవడానికి బ్రాహ్మణులు చేసే "ఆచమనం" అనే పద్దతిని అందరూ పాటించాలి. పరిశీలిస్తే ఈ ఆచమనం అనే ప్రక్రియ ఒక శాస్త్రీయ దృష్ఠితో అలవరచుకున్న ఆరోగ్యకరమైన విధానం అని తెలుస్తుంది. కొందరు అనుకున్నట్టు ఒక మూఢాచారం కాదు. కొంచెం నీరు తీసుకుని ఆహారం మొదలుపెడితే  ఎసోఫెగస్‌కి లూబ్రికేషన్ జరుగుతుంది, ఆహారం సాఫీగా పొట్టలోకి జారుతుంది. అంతేనా? ఆలాగైతే ముందుగా కాస్త నీళ్ళుతాగి భోజనం చెయ్యమని చెప్పచ్చుగా? కేశవ నామాలు దేనికి అని అనుమానం రావచ్చు. ఈ ఆచమనం భోజనం చేసే ముందే కాదు, ఏ పూజచేసేటప్పుడైనా కూడా చేస్తారు.   అన్నిటికీ కలిపి ఒకే ప్రాసెసుని మనకు నేర్పారు అన్న విషయాన్ని మనం గమనించుకోవాలి. 

గొంతులో ఎసోఫెగస్ ఒక్కటే కాదు. సున్నితమైన శ్వాసనాళము, స్వరతంతంత్రులు వంటివి అనేకం ఉంటాయి. మంత్రోచ్చారణ చేయడానికి ముందు వాటికి కూడా కొంచెం ఒక నిర్ధిష్థపద్దతిలో వ్యాయామం (వార్మ్ అప్) అవసరం. దానికి భగవన్నామాలతో మొదలు పెట్టమన్నారు. అదీ ఏ నామం పడితే అది అని చెప్పలేదు. కేశవ, నారాయణ, మాధవ అని మాత్రమే అనమన్నారు.

ఎందుకంటే, "కేశవ" నామం గొంతులోనుంచీ వస్తుంది. "నారాయణ" నామం నాలిక సహాయంతో వస్తుంది. "మాధవ" నామం పెదాల సహకారంతో వస్తుంది.  అంటే నోటిలో అన్ని భాగాలకూ ఒక ఎక్సర్సైజు అన్న మాట.

మరి నీళ్ళు చేతిలో పోసుకుని నోట్లో ఎందుకు పోసుకోవాలి? ఉద్ధరిణితో నేరుగా నోట్లో పోసుకోవచ్చుకదా? మన చేతిలో ఎప్పుడూ కొంత విద్యుత్తు (స్టాటిక్ పవర్) ఉంటుంది. ఆ చేతితో నీరు పోసుకుని మింగితే, దానితో చేతిలో ఉన్న విద్యుత్తు, నోటిలోకి పొట్టలోకి ప్రవహించి  అన్నిటినీ ఉత్తేజపరచి, సమతుల్యం చేస్తుంది. దానితో ఆహారం స్వీకరించడం తేలికవుతుంది. అలాగే కంఠంలో ఉన్న స్వరతంతంత్రులు కూడా ఉత్తేజితం అవుతాయి. ఇది ఒక దృక్పదం. కొందరు మరొక విధంగా చెప్పవచ్చు. కానీ ఈ విధానంలో ఒక శాస్త్రీయత (మనకి పూర్తిగా అర్థం కాకపోయినా) కనిపిస్తుంది.

ఇలాగే ఇంకా మనలో చాలా ప్రశ్నలు సహజంగానే రావచ్చు. వస్తాయి. రావాలి. ఐతే అన్నిటికీ మనకు సమాధానం వెంటనే దొరుకకపోవచ్చు. అంటే దాని వెనుకనున్న నాలెడ్జిని మనం కోల్పోయాము. కనుక తిరిగి సంపాదించుకోవాలి అని ప్రయత్నిస్తే, సమాధానాలు అన్నీ ఒకరోజుకి దొరుకుతాయి.

PS: ఒక శాస్త్రీయ విధానాన్ని సింపులుగా మూఢనమ్మకం అని కొట్టేయడాన్ని మించిన మూఢనమ్మకం మరొకటి వుండదేమో.!

 అంత్యక్రియలు అప్పుడు కుండలో నీరు పోసి రంధ్రాలు పెట్టి పగలగొడతారు ఎందుకో తెలుసా?

వాస్తవానికి శరీరం ఆత్మ రెండు వేరు వేరు. కలియుగ ధర్మం ప్రకారం... మనిషి జీవితకాలం 120 సంవత్సరాలు. కానీ... ఈ మందుల తిండికి ఆయుష్షు 100 సంవత్సరాల లోపు పడిపోయింది. ఇంకా కొందరైతే ఈ కొత్త కొత్త రోగాలకు 60 కే అంతిమయాత్ర అవుతుంది.

ఆత్మ చెప్పినట్టు శరీరం వినాలంటే... శరీరం ఆరోగ్యంగా ఉండాలి. శరీరంలో ప్రాణం ఉన్నంత సేపు అందులో ఆత్మ ఉంటుంది. శరీరం చనిపోయిందంటే ఆత్మ అందులో ఉండలేదు. ఎందుకంటే ఆత్మ చెప్పినట్టు శరీరం వినే స్థితిలో లేదు.

బతికి ఉన్నంత కాలం భార్యాపిల్లలు, బంధువులు, స్నేహితులు, తాగుడు, తినుడు, పైసా సంపాదన లో లీనమై పోతుంది. ఎప్పుడైతే మనిషి చనిపోతాడో... శరీరం నుండి ఆత్మ వేరైపోతుంది. శరీరాన్ని దహనం చేసే దాకా... ఆత్మ, మళ్లీ తన శరీరం లోకి చొచ్చి తిరిగి శరీరాన్ని లేపి, మళ్ళి తన వాళ్లతో కలిసి ఉండాలని ప్రయత్నిస్తూనే ఉంటుంది.

*పాడె కట్టి శరీరాన్ని ఎత్తుకు పోయేటప్పుడు స్మశానానికి కొద్ది దూరంలో దాన్ని దింపి, చిన్న ముల్లెలో కట్టిన బియ్యాన్ని (డెలివరీ అయి బిడ్డ బతికి చనిపోయిన ఆడవాళ్ళకి ఆవాలను కడతారు) విప్పి కింద పోస్తారు.

ఎందుకంటే... శరీరాన్ని కాల్చిన తర్వాత కూడా ఇంటి మీద.. తన వాళ్ళ మీద.. ఇష్టంతో ఆత్మ ఇంటికి రావాలంటే శరీరం మీద చల్లిన ప్యాలాలను, ఈ బియ్యాన్ని, పూర్తిగా ఒక్కో గింజను లెక్కించిన తర్వాతనే... ఆత్మకి తన వాళ్లను చూడడానికి అనుమతి దొరుకుతుంది. అది కూడా సూర్యోదయం లోపు మాత్రమే... అంతలోపు లెక్కించకపోతే, మళ్ళీ... తిరిగి మొదటి నుండి లెక్కించాలి.*

శరీరాన్ని చితి మీద పెట్టి కుండలో నీరు పోసి దానికి రంధ్రాలు చేసి చుట్టూ తిరుగుతారు. ఎందుకంటే... కుండా నీ శరీరం లాంటిది, అందులో ఉన్న నీరు, నీ ఆత్మ లాంటిది. కుండకు పెట్టిన రంధ్రం నుండి నీరు ఎలాగైతే వెళ్లి పోయిందో... నీ శరీరం నుండి నీ ఆత్మ బయటికి పోయింది. కుండను కింద పడేసి పగలగొడతాం అంటే.. ఇప్పుడు నీ శరీరాన్ని కాల్చేస్తాము. ఇంకా నీకు ఈ శరీరం ఉండదు, నువ్వు వెల్లిపో.. అని ఆత్మకు మనమిచ్చే సంకేతం.

హిందూ సాంప్రదాయం లో చేసే ప్రతి పనికి ఓ అర్థం దాగి ఉంటుంది. కానీ తెలిసిన వారు, తెలియని వాళ్లకు చెప్పరు. అదే మన ఖర్మ... ఇలా ఎందుకు చేస్తున్నారు, అంటే... ఏమో నాకు తెలియదు మా తాత ఇలాగే చేసాడు నేను ఇలాగే చేస్తున్నాను కానీ... ఎందుకు చేస్తున్నానో తెలియదు.

దయచేసి భారత ఆచార, సాంప్రదాయాల గురించి తక్కువ అంచనా వేయకండి. అందులో నిగూఢ అర్థం దాగి ఉంటుంది...
